SmoothGallery and Ravelry

Yarn crafts where supposed to offer me an escape from TV and the computer, but being me, I ended up merging two of them. I joined Ravelry.
I’m loving it. If you knit, crochet, spin or do anything else with yarn, you should join. It’s worth the wait.
Another thing I’m loving is Ravelry’s API. It allows you to pull data about your projects and use it for different purposes. Using the sample scripts given and the API (in the form of a JSON file) I’ve made two simple galleries.
The first one is a sidebar list of projects I’m working on (with a progress bar), and my most popular projects in Ravelry (users can add other people’s projects as favorites). It can be seen in my Yarn-head category list.
For the second one, using JonDesign’s SmoothGallery, I made a slideshow/gallery that shows all projects that have pictures. It can be seen in this Demo page.
